Executive, Fleet Admin & Operations (Automobile Rental & Leasing)

Responsibilities:
  • To plan, supervise and coordinate daily vehicle delivery, collection, vehicle maintenance and accident repairs
  • To plan, perform and coordinate vehicle inspection at Puspakom
  • To update maintenance records in the Vehicle Maintenance System
  • Communicate closely with Workshop and Operations and other departments, external service and maintenance providers to ensure efficient maintenance activities
  • Review, monitor and analyze vehicle coordination efficiencies and able to devise new plan and suggestion for cost effectiveness
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or similar discipline
  • Those candidates with relevant working experience in similar position and have direct experience in workshop management and vehicle repair are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Posses strong initiative approach to problem solving
  • Posses pleasant personality
Good command in English
