Head, Fleet Admin & Operations (Automobile Rental & Leasing)

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, lead, organize and be in charge of the full spectrum of activities of fleet administration, operations and workshop maintenance division in Headquarters
  • Plan, procure, and manage spare part inventories including automotive equipment, supplies and lubricants, vehicle repairs and maintenance activities and storage facilities to minimize costs and breakdowns to achieve high vehicle road-worthiness and reliability
  • Communicate closely with workshop, operations and other departments and external service providers to ensure efficient maintenance activities
  • Review, monitor and analyze cost effectiveness of external service and maintenance providers and appointment of new service and maintenance providers
  • Liaise closely with relevant local authorities such as Puspakom and Road Transport Department
 
 
 
 
 
 
Requirements:
  • More than 15 years of working experience in fleet management and workshop experience with managerial experience
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in Automotive or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as and when necessary
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
