Manager, Group Human Resource

Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff compensation and benefits and to conduct related benchmarking analysis against market
  • Assist to implement, design, review staff compensation and benefits for the Group to ensure Rewards Programs objectives are met. Recommend / implement appropriate changes by developing new or revised compensation policies and programs to support competitive market practice
  • Assist to perform job classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale according to the salary classification and compensation programs
  • Administer staff annual performance management exercise
  • Handle and process payroll administration and ensures confidentiality and accuracies of payroll processing for timely payment to staff and statutory bodies
  • Administer HR data
  • Involve in evaluation / enhancement of HR system
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least with 10 - 15 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource specialized in Compensation and Benefits including 5 years in managerial role
  • Possess good English writing skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application
