Assistant Vice President, Group Treasury
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate the terms and conditions of bank facilities documents
- Support in treasury and fund management functions including processing of payments, fund transfer, placements, disbursement of financings and cash flow projection
- Support in funding and banking facilities related matters including drawdown, rollover, repayment, tracking of profit/interest and preparation of reports to lenders
- Perform change of signatories, opening/closing of bank accounts and any other bank accounts related matters
- Prepare budget, monthly management reports and other periodical / statutory reports
- Maintain good relationship with banks, investors, and other financial institutions regarding treasury matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in corporate treasury
- Experience in handling bank loans and its documents and managing cash flow
- Adaptable to change and can be depended upon to complete the assignments conscientiously with minimum supervision
- Good in time management, able to prioritise and deliver high quality work within strict deadlines
