Assistant Vice President, Group Treasury

Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate the terms and conditions of bank facilities documents
  • Support in treasury and fund management functions including processing of payments, fund transfer, placements, disbursement of financings and cash flow projection
  • Support in funding and banking facilities related matters including drawdown, rollover, repayment, tracking of profit/interest and preparation of reports to lenders
  • Perform change of signatories, opening/closing of bank accounts and any other bank accounts related matters
  • Prepare budget, monthly management reports and other periodical / statutory reports
  • Maintain good relationship with banks, investors, and other financial institutions regarding treasury matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in corporate treasury
  • Experience in handling bank loans and its documents and managing cash flow
  • Adaptable to change and can be depended upon to complete the assignments conscientiously with minimum supervision
  • Good in time management, able to prioritise and deliver high quality work within strict deadlines
