Associate (Service Coordinator), Fleet Services
(Based in Taman Shamelin Perkasa)
Responsibilities
- Plan and ensure fleet vehicle receive as scheduled and repairs in a timely manner
- To coordinate the scheduling of all fleet service reservations and ensure services done within timeline
- Facilitate service efficiency, scheduling and optimization of service work for customer retention rate
- Analyze fleet condition and utility to determine productivity schedule
- Work with relevant parties to monitor maintenance requirements, recalls and warranty notifications
- Follow-up and updates all service records into system with high accuracy and completeness
- To create and maintain fleet event report for service and maintenance and report to management on monthly basis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
